What i'm wishing & hoping for is to get as much experience & explosure in the field, but i've been having problems in finding the right company or organisation that mayb groom me or help me in anyway to explore the broad field of engineering... Have searching for 9 months now & have been recently hired by Civil Engineering Consultants in Mthatha... As a Technician, have handled a project doing Internal Water Reticulation for 13 locations at Ngqeleni(EC).. It has been a great experience & i'm learning a lot & i would very much advise young woman to join the industry as i wish one of these this field will be not so male dominated!!!
