The Women in Motion workshops are a platform for women in business to network and discuss per pertinent issues around barriers to entry for women in business in what is commonly referred to as the glass ceiling. SAWomEng executive members in Cape Town (Traci Reddy and Sarah Kiggundu) and in Johannesburg (Hema Vallabh) attended these workshops and made positive contributions to the discussions. Co-Founder Naadiya Moosajee along with fellow friends of SAWomEng Arifa Parkar and Yvonne Finch were in attendance as mentors for the young women delegates.
