Breaking grounds in any male dominated industry is still a challenge more than a decade after democracy. Having identified the challenges and continuously researching the engineering industry, SAWomEng has created a platform for women to harness the opportunities that exist in the field of engineering. It encompasses all aspects from identifying talent, skills development, mentoring to leadership development and network opportunities, thereby empowering, motivating and inspiring generations of South African women.
